The survey, announced earlier this week, lists Bad Wolf as #7 on the Best Indies list, and #1 for Pay & Benefits.

The winners are decided based on an in-depth questionnaire, asking both employers and employees to offer honest feedback by taking part in a company-wide survey. Core focus areas of the survey include leadership & planning, corporate culture, pay & benefits, and training.
