Damson Idris to star in and executive produce The Lords’ Day

A Bad Wolf production adapted from the novel by Michael Dobbs
Damson Idris (F1, Snowfall) is set to star as the lead in The Lords’ Day, adapted from the novel by Michael Dobbs (writer of House of Cards). Damson will also be an executive producer on the series.
Jane Tranter and Dan McCulloch are executive producers for Bad Wolf.
Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley (Spooks, Humans, Better) will serve as lead writers and executive producers.
Ben Chanan (The Capture, The Missing) will serve as director and executive producer.
The series will consist of 6 episodes and production will begin in early 2026 in the UK.
About the series: On the State Opening of Parliament, British spy Harry Jones (Damson Idris) finds himself inside the iconic building amidst a lockdown. As the siege escalates, loyalties are tested and selfless sacrifices are made, leading to a desperate fight for survival where not everyone will emerge alive.
