Florence joined Bad Wolf in October 2025 as Business Affairs Coordinator. She started her career in HETV drama and film in 2019 as a freelancer in the Production Department and has a number of Bad Wolf credits on her CV including His Dark Materials, Doctor Who, and The War Between the Land and the Sea. Before her TV career she worked in editorial and produced digital content and campaigns for luxury fashion brands. She has a degree in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
