Flynn MacDonell joined Bad Wolf in 2019 while working toward her MFA in Writing and Producing for Television at Loyola Marymount University. She then became Manager of Development at Bad Wolf America before transitioning to work full-time on LADY IN THE LAKE for Fifth Season and Apple TV+ as a Co-Producer. Flynn moved to the UK in 2023 to co-produce INDUSTRY Series 3 for Bad Wolf, as well as develop projects across the slate. She is currently producing INDUSTRY Series 4 for the company.
