While studying English Literature at Trinity College Dublin, Nina worked as a script reader. After graduating with first class honours, Nina joined Bad Wolf as development intern in July 2022 then became Development Reader and Runner, supporting the London team. In March 2023 Nina was promoted to London Team Assistant and in 2024 she became Development Coordinator.
