Rhys joined Bad Wolf as a freelancer in 2025 before moving in-house in March 2026. Prior to this, he spent two years at The Agency, supporting a number of high-profile clients across film, theatre, and television. He’s worked extensively as a reader for several theatres, film festivals, and production companies, and looks forward to continuing his work at Bad Wolf.
